§ Mr. NelsonThe Treasury introduced a new computerised system for purchasing goods and services during 1991–92. The records for that year are incomplete. Sixteen consultancy contracts are recorded as having been awarded in 1991–92; 47 have been awarded so far in 1992–93. Comprehensive information for 1991–92 could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
