TaylorAll family court care centres have a separate child witness waiting room and, in addition, as 673W a result of local initiatives, family rooms where children can wait have been created at a number of other courts. At the magistrates courts, creche facilities may be provided on a local basis if it is considered desirable by the relevant magistrates courts committee. This is the most practical policy in the circumstances.
