To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many people were participating in(a) Action for Community Employment, (b) the youth training programme, (c) the job training programme, (d) the enterprise allowance scheme, (e) job clubs and (f) Restart courses, at the latest available date and in each year since 1990; and if he will make a statement.

Restart courses were discontinued in Northern Ireland in March 1989. Otherwise the information is as follows:
