§ Mr. BrookeEnglish Heritage's forward strategy, published last October, proposed certain changes to responsibilities for grade II listed building and conservation area casework in London. Revised proposals have recently been put to me following public consultation, and I am considering them. The strategy proposed no change in current responsibilities for grade II buildings outside London.
