§ Mr. David HuntCost details of most of these commitments and actions were set out within the publication "The Environment in Wales: Second Report", and further details have recently been given in the various relevant chapters of the departmental report for 1993–94 to 1995–96. It is not yet possible to attribute specific costs to the remainder of the commitments and actions.
