Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what was(a) the total number of people in receipt of either mobility allowance or attendance allowance or both as at the end of March 1992 and (b) the total number of people in receipt of either disability living allowance or attendance allowance at the latest available date.
