§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAccording to information from the World bank, 7.3 per cent. of the funds disbursed under the auspices of the World bank's special programme for Africa up to June 1992 came from the European Community and 6.4 per cent. from the United Kingdom bilateral aid programme.

The greater part of our 593W contributions are made to the International Development Association on the basis of the reports agreed by donors for each replenishment.
