To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to announce his decision regarding the Local Government Boundary Commission's recommendations for changes in the local ward boundaries of Brent.

[holding answer 22 February 1993]: My right hon. and learned Friend has not yet reached his decision on the Local Government Boundary Commission proposals for changes to the local government boundaries around Brent. When a decision is reached on boundary changes, he will consult the Home Secretary on any electoral consequences.
