§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency invited competitive tenders for the issue of vehicle excise licences by advertisement in the national press on 30 October last. The tender process is now under way but it will be some time yet before the final outcome is known. I will write to the hon. Member in due course.
