§ Mr. BrookeMy Department has been involved in discussions with the Association of Metropolitan Authorities, the Association of District Councils, the Association of County Councils and the Sports Council about schedule 11 of the current Education Bill. This clarifies the legal position in relation to dual use joint management agreements and will facilitate the wider community use of school sports facilities.
