To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Neath (Mr. Hain) of 10 February,Official Report, column 632, if he will give a regional breakdown of the levels of personal sector debt per £100 of disposable income for each year since 1979.
