§ Mr. BoswellIn 1991–92 some 67 per cent. of 16-year-olds and 49 per cent. of 17-year-olds participated in full-time education in schools, sixth-form colleges and further education colleges in England. In the same year some 23 per cent. of 18 to 20-year-olds in Great Britain entered full-time higher education. Further details are shown in tables 17 and 21 of the departmental report, Cm 2210.
