In my answer of 5 February, the figures shown for dismissal related solely to those instances where an offender's most serious offence was either importing, possessing or supplying drugs. The figures provided in today's answer also include those convicted of a more serious offence of violence in addition to a drugs charge and are therefore slightly higher than the figures previously provided.
