§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to paragraph 9.13 of the Welsh Office report, "Government Expenditure Plans 1993–94 to 1995–96", Cm. 2215, on what date he estimates the quinquennial review of the aims and objectives of the Cardiff Bay development corporation will(a) commence and (b) be completed; what external consultancy assistance will be sought and by what means, to assist in the review; what the total cost of the review is estimated to be, inclusive of any such consultancy assistance; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. David HuntI expect the financial management and policy review of the Cardiff bay development to begin around the end of the financial year and to take approximately three months to complete. Such reviews are normally conducted by a Welsh Office official assigned to the project for its duration. On that basis, I estimate the cost to be about £14,000.
