§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMr. Faisal Mahmood was refused entry clearance on 31 December 1992 by the deputy high commission in Karachi as the entry clearance officer was not satisfied, as he is required to be under the immigration356W rules, that the primary purpose of the marriage was not to gain entry to the United Kingdom. Notice of the refusal was sent to Mr. Mahmood at the address given on his visa application form.
