To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the West Yorkshire police as to(a) how many complaints were made to the police in each of the last five years, to date, concerning patients at Lynfield Mount hospital and (b) in how many cases (i) inquiries were made and (ii) charges were laid; and if he will make a statement.
