Ms. Hoey

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment how many cases were brought before industrial tribunals in each year since 1979 under(a) the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978, provisions relating to (1) unfair dismissal, (2) redundancy pay, (3) contract of employment, (4) trade union activities and (5) other provisions, (b) the Equal Pay Act 3970, (c) the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, (d) the Race Relations Act 1976, (e) the Employment Act 1980, (f) the Employment Act 1988 and (g) the Wages Act 1986 and (h) the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981.
