§ Sir Wyn RobertsThe latest published annual accounts of the seven Welsh TECs show that at 31 March 1992 there were accumulated surpluses of £15,599,643. The TECs have plans to spend over £13.5 million of accumulated surpluses in the 1993–94 financial year in support of a range of training and enterprise measures.
