§ Mr. Charles WardleMy right hon. and learned Friend attended a ministerial conference in Budapest on 15 and 16 February. This was a follow-up to the Berlin conference, and among other things considered a series of recommendations for tackling illegal immigration from and through central and eastern Europe.
