To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what protection is available to employees of betting shops who are faced with unilateral changes to their contract of employment as a result of evening opening hours being introduced.

Employees could seek redress in the civil courts by suing for damages for breach of contract, or through an industrial tribunal for infringement of statutory rights, depending on the circumstances.
