§ Mr. Garel-JonesMy right hon. Friend the Prime Minister made our views on whaling clear to Mrs. Gro Harlem Brundtland when she delivered Norway's application to join the EC. We would expect Norway to apply existing Community legislation on whaling and trade in whale products on accession to the Community.
