§ Mr. LeighI visited Slovenia at the invitation of the Government of Slovenia. I held useful talks with Ministers 53W of the new Government of Slovenia on ways to strengthen British Slovenian trade links; I also met representatives of the Slovenian business community. Slovenia is keen to increase trade and commercial links with the United Kingdom. In the first instance the most promising sectors look to be chemicals, information technology and telecommunications.
