§ Mr. MacleanThis is a matter for the chief inspector of Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, who have recently completed the statutory public consultation exercise into BNFL's applications. Following consideration of the numerous responses received by HMIP, they will be submitting their consultation response document to the Secretary of State and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for consideration.
