To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what proportion of the savings resulting from the Government's market testing programme will be made available for reinvestment in the public services.

All of the savings can be ploughed back. This means more public services, at no extra cost. This is very good news for the taxpayer; and for the economy as a whole.
