asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have any plans to publicise the freedom of access to environmental information regulations in Scotland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales subsequent to the transposition of EC Directive 90/313.

The Government issued guidance to local authorities and other public bodies in Great Britain in December 1992. Leaflets for the public will be published shortly, including a Welsh language version.
