§ Mr. Gwilym JonesI understand that 4,500 copies of the joint Department of the Environment/Welsh Office planning policy guidance note on renewable energy have been printed by HMSO. Copies have been distributed to local authorities in England and Wales and for use by Government Departments, and others are available for sale from Her Majesty's Stationery Office.
