§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office is collecting a large body of information about alleged breaches of human rights and violations of international humanitarian law in the former Yugoslavia, including information about the sexual abuse of women. We propose to submit any substantiated evidence to the United Nations Secretary-General.
