To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what was the community transport budget for London in each year since 1987.

The provision of community transport is primarily a matter for individual London boroughs. My Department does, however, provide funds for the Dial-a-Ride service through London Transport. Expenditure on this since 1987, in cash terms, is as follows:
