§ Mr. WaldegraveThe distribution of the science budget to the research councils which I announced on 10 February,Official Report, columns 630–31, was based on the advice received from the Advisory Board for the Research Councils, which took full account of the changes in the relevant exchange rates.
§ Mr. CousinsTo ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will list the international organisations and agencies whose subscriptions are funded from research council resources; and if he will give the value of these subscriptions in pounds sterling for 1992–93 and 1993–94.
