§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe do not keep central records of fees paid to British consultants and educational institutions. Fees are negotiated contract by contract according to the tasks to be performed. The British institutions used in our forestry programmes include the University college of Wales (Bangor), the universities of Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Oxford and Reading and many other educational establishments and consultancy firms.
