§ Mr. Dorrell[holding answer 10 February 1993]: On the 18 November 1992 my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced the Government's intention to sell part of their residual holding of shares in British Telecommunications plc in 1993–94. No decisions have been taken on the size, timing or structure of the sale.
