Gentleman to the answer given on 13 January 1993,Official Report, column 739 in respect of the Warren Spring Laboratory agency; the answer given on 15 December 1992, Official Report, columns 144–45 in respect of the Laboratory of the Government Chemist agency; the answer given on 16 July 663W 1992, Official Report, column 992 in respect of the National Engineering Laboratory agency; and the answer given on 3 July 1990 Official Report, columns 499–500 in respect of the National Physical Laboratory agency. All the agencies' targets are reviewed annually, including the National Physical Laboratory agency's longer-term targets, as part of their corporate planning processes.
