Whether they will examine the desirability of recreating a Taxicard scheme available to disabled people across London without trip restrictions.

I refer the noble Lord to my Answer on 8th June 1992 (Hansard, Vol. 537, col: 75).

We have no plans to assume responsibility for the Taxicard scheme, which is operated and funded by the London Boroughs.
