(2) pursuant to his answer of 14 January, Official Report, column 771, if he will place in the Library copies of the terms of reference agreed for the consultancy work done for Operation Wizard by (a) Barclays de Zoete Wedd, (b) Outram Cullinan and Co. and (c) Touche Ross.
