To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster when he intends to reply to Mr. Eric Christopher-Walsh of Modbury, Devon, who wrote to him on 16 November.

The citizens charter unit replied to Mr. Christopher-Walsh's letter on 7 December 1992. I have since replied to a follow-up letter from Mr. Christopher-Walsh, and written to my hon. Friend on the matters that it raised.
