To ask the Secretary of State for Transport how many people were in the two cars involved in the crash on the road from Bicester to the M40 at 6 pm on Sunday 10 January; how many wore seat belts; and how many survived.

The accident is being investigated by Thames Valley police. Preliminary reports indicate that there were four people in one car and three people in the other; that six people were wearing seat belts; and that six people survived the accident.
