To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will publish a table showing the distribution of wealth implied by the 1989 Inland Revenue study of 35 per cent. of the adult population.

Estimates for the distribution of personal wealth, including provisional figures for 1989 and 1990, are published in section 11 of the 1992 edition of "Inland Revenue Statistics".
