§ Mr. Charles WardleIt is in accordance with our normal practice and within the provisions of the 1951 and 1954 conventions to charge a fee similar to that for a standard British passport. The fee for a passport was recently increased to £18 and my right hon. and learned Friend has therefore decided that, with effect from today, the fee for issuing and renewing Home Office travel documents should be £18.
