§ Mr. ForthMy right hon. Friend intends to ask the Schools Curriculum and Assessment Authority, once it is set up, to offer him a plan for the regular review of national curriculum subjects over time. My right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Education and for Wales published proposals for a revised technology order in December. Proposals for a revised statutory order for English are 461W expected to be published in the spring. The revised curriculum for both subjects should come into force from autumn 1994 for key stages 1 to 3 and autumn 1995 for key stage 4.
