To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he next plans to visit the IMF to discuss structural adjustments.

Mr. Nelson

My right hon. Friend will be attending the next meetings of the interim committee of the IMF on 30 April 1993 and the joint development committee of the World bank and the IMF on 1 May. I expect aspects of structural adjustments to feature in the discussions.
