§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what consultations he has had with the chairman of Tai Cymru regarding its decision on the designation of development status housing associations operating in(a) neighbourhood renewal areas and (b) the west of Cardiff;
(2) what consultations he has had with the chairman of Tai Cymru regarding guidelines for the minimum size and number of housing associations with a development role operating in inner city neighbourhood renewal areas.
