§ Mr. David HuntThe Welsh Consultative Council on Local Government Finance (WCCLGF) and its settlement working group (SWG) are the appropriate fora for discussions with local authorities on local government finance issues. I chaired meetings of WCCLGF on 26 November and 12 January. My officials met officers from local authorities at a meeting of SWG on 21 December.
