§ Mr. Michael J. MartinThe only disruption of the abbreviated dialling system for the European Commission occurred recently when its telephone number was changed without notice. The new number was encoded as soon as it was known. Extra numbers have now been added; and a revised list of European institution exchanges accessible by abbreviated dialling will be circulated as soon as possible.
