§ Mr. LeighThe Government have decided not to proceed with making the Radioactive Products (Safety) Regulations, which would have implemented directive 80/836/Euratom, as amended, following a recomtnendation from the European Commission not to proceed with such legislation in view of the Commission's intention to make proposals for revising this directive.
