§ Mr. FreemanMy Department is jointly funding with the passenger transport executives a project to produce guidelines on facilities for people with disabilities in transport terminals and interchanges. These guidelines, which are due to be published shortly, will include advice on the use of visual displays to meet the needs of people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
