§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 3 February 1993]: The sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands who sits at Peterhead currently has three cases awaiting judgment in which avizandum was made more than two months previously. The dates on which avizandum was made are as follows: 12 February, 19 August and 28 August 1992. Judgment in each of the three cases has been prepared in draft form and will be finalised and issued by 12 February 1993.
