(2) if he will list the organisations he consulted prior to his decision to phase out the certificate of education; and if he will make a statement;
(3) what consultations he has had with the Welsh Joint Education Committee concerning his proposals to phase out the certificate of education; and if he will make a statement;
(4) if he will make a statement on the introduction of the national curriculum and its associated assessment procedures in relation to less academic candidates.
