§ Miss WiddecombeA review of the legal framework within which occupational pensions schemes operate, is currently being carried out by the Pensions Law Review Committee. That review will take into account the rights and interests of scheme members, pensioners and employers. Decisions on whether any legislative changes are appropriate will be made in the light of the committee's report.
