To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will set out the terms of each of the arms embargoes and arms export restrictions currently in force in respect of each former Yugoslav republic.

United Nations Security Council resolution 713 (1991) imposes a complete embargo on deliveries of weapons and military equipment to the republics of the former Yugoslavia until the Security Council decides otherwise. Additionally, United Nations Security Council resolutions 757 and 787 (1992) prohibit any trade with Serbia and Montenegro.
