§ Mr. BaldryMy right hon. and learned Friend has received no recent representations about the mechanism for challenging planning appeal decisions. Decisions on the award of costs resulting from a planning appeal may be challenged by seeking leave of the High Court for an application for judicial review. My right hon. and learned Friend has received two recent representations in favour of a simpler procedure, but has no proposals to change it.
